President Trump is on his way to re-election. He beat the impeachment circus that tried to swallow him. The economy is still booming. And the Democrats are a disaster. He was beaten for killing Iran's best terrorist, Qasam Soleimani. I thought this would cause another world war.
He didn't. in fact, we won. Iran has launched some rockets, but Soleimani is still dead. Red lines and deterrence have been restored. Trump won. Trump continues to win.
And the Nevada Democratic debate showed only one Democratic Party in complete disarray. It's a party that has no one who can beat Trump. Nobody. So how do we moisten the waters? Oh, keep the New York Times report on a leaked intelligence meeting to make the Trump-Russia hysteria work again. It is a question of laying the new foundations for his second term. It's about placing the stones for impeachment part II (via NYT):
Intelligence officials warned House lawmakers last week that Russia was interfering in the 2020 campaign to try to get President Trump re-elected, said five people familiar with the matter, a revelation in Congress that angered Mr. Trump, who complained that Democrats would use against him.
The day after the February 13 briefing on lawmakers, Trump rebuked Joseph Maguire, the outgoing director of national intelligence, for allowing it to unfold, said people familiar with the exchange. Trump cited the presence at the briefing of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).
Adam B. Schiff, the California Democrat who led the impeachment process against him, as a particular irritant.
During the briefing to the House Intelligence Committee, Trump's allies challenged the findings, arguing that it was Russia and strengthened European security. Some intelligence officials saw the information as a tactical error, saying that if the official who uttered the conclusion spoke less clearly or left it out, they would avoid angering Republicans.

Spokesmen for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and its Office of Election Security declined to comment. A White House spokesman did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
An official on the House Democratic Intelligence Committee convened an important update on the "integrity of our next elections" on February 13 and said that members of both parties participated, including Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.). California, the Republican on the committee.
This is nonsense, folks. Also, there was Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who is running for re-election. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the titular quarterback of this Trump-Russia theater and his impeachment and chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and this briefing has been leaked.
Who knows who spilled the beans in a major infidelity about this meeting. What Schifty's character would do such a thing? The country has gone beyond this nonsense.
Only small urban elites care, I suppose, but they're not enough to win elections. It's so predictable, the resurrection of the "Russia is trying to help Trump" narrative. And this time there is no bad record to keep this myth afloat. Even then, most knew that
The Trump dossier, the basis of the tale of Russian collusion, had not been verified. Now, the left doesn't even have that piece of Clinton-funded political opposition research to cite with this renewed push to summon the gods of collusion.
Nobody cares, Schiff. Nobody cares, Democrats. The impulse for impeachment, a branch of this high history, has shown that. It just made Trump more popular and moved swing states further away from Democrats. But please keep doing it. It will only end with a second term from Trump.
