Decide some eyeshadow color you like and rub it with a
toothpick, on this tutorial is worn green eyeshadow.
Place the powder to a container otherwise you can use a
plastic plate if you are going to create a small quantity only for one use.
Employ a Q-tip to take a few Vaseline by it and add it to
the shadow powder. Blend them mutually till you make a homogeneous gel.
Note: Instead of the Vaseline you can too use a few Aloe
Vera gel.
