Make the double winged eyeliner by just following the over tutorial that explains you how to do that in only 4 steps. Start by applying base over your eyelids to create your makeup last longer plus look better. With a white pencil, make the base by lining the area around your eyelid. Fill in through your chosen eyeshadow colour such as indicate in the third image. We used purple because it matches well through all eye colours and is a gorgeous, strong colour that you should absolutely try. Add one more wing with a black liquid pencil plus you are done!
