Start through a sparkle polish, you can decide any color but in this tutorial is used a light silver. Lets carry on with the dots. Use a toothpick, deep it to an orange polish and pain 3 lines of orange dots. Between the dots create some small white dots to fill the plan and when they have dry totally seal it with top coat.
