With the black fluid liner, create at the internal corner and draw along the lash line, critical harder as you obtain closer to the outer bend because you’ll notice, the lighter you press, the thinner the line and the harder you push, the thicker the line. Then wing it out and up for a small cat eye.

Now get the colored pencil plus underline the wing. I did it by preliminary at the end of the lower lash-line and operational in both directions; first underline the flick and extend it faintly past, then coming inner 1/4 of the reserve of the lower lashline. You might just underline the wing and not carry it inward if you wanted too. Hope you like it.
