We all adore the tendency of the eyeliner, whether it is winged out, multicolored, Black, broad or just trouble-free, it doesn’t approach ideal for all of us or at least we not at all get both eyes alike! I recognize this I’ve been there! LOL anyhow, this is a tutorial viewing how you can generate the cat liner in merely 4 steps! They look easy but let’s try to confirm

1- Draw a row on your lash line (broad or slim as you like)
2- Wing it out as of the bottom.
3- Join the finish of the wing from the top
4- Fill in to entire.
